The Upper Derwent Valley is a beautiful area of the Peak District and is home to reservoirs and dams and is a great place to reside in during Christmas if you love nature.

Christmas is a special time and there are plenty of villages and towns within the Peak District that are home to theatres where pantomimes are performed during this season, or where exciting Christmas markets are put on for you to purchase some last minute presents! The spa town of Buxton is home to a theatre and a museum, wonderful to reside in during Christmas, or you may wish to stay in the lovely village of Castleton which is home to four incredible caves that are fantastic to explore.
